Take your two hands and rest them on your shoulders as though it was your best friend holding you to reassure you of something. Then while you become aware of your self and feelings begin the affirmation: I call upon Love, not of my will, but the Will of Love be! Through me and my path for my highest and best good. I ask Love shift my path from it's present negativity to the path of my highest and best good that i may lead a Heavenly, Happy, Joy Filled, Successful Life. I ask in my name and release the present path of negativity and i Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. So be it. However hold your hands resting on your shoulders as you take stock of your new feelings.
Most people i ask say they feel something lift off and more excited and joy filled or such. I cannot say as i am always in this mode. It is my feeling that We bring Heaven to Earth as it was meant to be, and not wait for death to visit a heaven of our own construct.
